We use best practice approaches to documenting advice so that brokers, reinsurers, trailing underwriters, risk managers, and offshore head offices can be kept properly informed of progress of claims.

- representing international mining equipment manufacturers in substantial property damage and business interruption losses by mining companies and operators
- representing a self-insured international hotel chain with personal injuries claims by guests and visitors to their premises in Western Australia
- representing an overseas based insured in respect to claims arising out of forced shutdowns to substantial mineral processing operations
- representing overseas based mining equipment manufacturer in respect to claims said to have arisen out of defective design and/or manufacture of heavy mining equipment.
